Agent Impact

“One of the biggest advantages is having pharmacists send text messages to their consumers age 65 and older, introducing you as a trusted Medicare professional. That warm introduction builds instant credibility and opens the door to guiding clients through their best educational options with Medicare. It’s a professional, community-based approach that truly sets you apart.”

“Partnering with the RxAssistant program has had a direct and measurable impact on the growth of my book of business. One of the biggest advantages has been the ability to generate new referrals directly inside pharmacies. RxAssistant creates meaningful touch points with pharmacy staff and patients, opening doors that were previously difficult to access. RxAssistant hasn’t just added value — it has become a key driver of my business development and long-term growth.”

“The experience has been extremely positive. Through AEP, we became well connected with the pharmacist, and since then she has proactively reached out to us multiple times—asking questions about upcoming changes, sending difficult or complex clients our way, and collaborating rather than competing. Since implementing RX Assistant, we’ve followed up monthly and continue to see consistent, reciprocal referrals. Overall, RX Assistant has been an effective bridge between our agency and the pharmacy. It strengthens relationships, creates mutual value, and reinforces our role as a local resource rather than just another agent. From our perspective, it’s been a win for the pharmacy, a win for the clients, and a win for us.”

“The RxAssistant Program gives agents the opportunity to build substantial and worthwhile relationships by partnering with local pharmacies. In my own experience, I worked with a pharmacy in my hometown and built a great partnership. Because people already knew and trusted their pharmacy, the introduction made it easy for them to feel confident working with me for their Medicare insurance needs. Now that a foundation of trust was built, I was better able to serve the 65+ people as they live in their golden age.”

“What impressed me most wasn’t just Rx Assistants’ platform itself, but the personal support behind it. Ryan Pepper didn’t just hand me resources—he took the time to walk me through exactly how to approach the referral partnerships I wanted to build, what to say, and how to present myself with clarity and ease. His guidance felt tailored to me and my style, and that made all the difference. I walked in prepared, calm, and ready… and it worked! I am now serving a great dental office that is not only eager to work with me, but also genuinely invested in helping me reach my goals as an agent while I support their patients. This experience has sparked the momentum I needed to expand my referral network.”

I have found the Rx Assistant materials to be a viable introduction in developing relationships with independent pharmacies. The Rx Assistant materials are also useful in building referral relationships with provider clinics, including dental clinics.  I also display the materials on my vendor table during retail, and senior health events. Thank you Ryan for creating a unique and versatile program sets the Kellogg agent apart from the crowd.

Medicare can feel overwhelming to understand…

We’re here to help!

We’re here to provide YOU with a personal Medicare consultation. A local, licensed insurance agent will carefully weigh your individual needs before offering a custom recommendation, including your preferred in-network pharmacy.

Your Medicare choices can make a big difference to the coverage you receive, the cost of your prescription drugs, and so much more. It’s important to find coverage that’s right for you.

When comparing plans, consider the following questions:

  • Are the benefits I need and my preferred providers included?
  • How much will I pay in premiums each month?
  • What are the plan’s co-pays and deductibles?
  • Does the plan limit what I pay out of pocket each year?
  • Are my prescription drugs covered? And if so, what do they cost?

Medicare 101: Four Basic Parts

We know Medicare can be confusing. Having the right information and guidance will help clear things up…

That’s where we come in!

Medicare coverage options

Medicare gives you coverage options. Understanding them can help you choose one that’s right for you.

There are FOUR parts to Medicare:

  • Original Medicare ONLY

Part A hospital and Part B medical insurance are provided by the federal government.

  • Add Medicare Part D

Part D, a prescription drug plan offered by a private insurer, adds stand-alone drug coverage to Original Medicare.

  • Add a Medicare Supplement Plan

Extra insurance offered by private insurers fill in some coverage gaps of Original Medicare.

  • Medicare Advantage Plans

Part C is offered by private insurers and combines Parts A, B, and D into one plan.

Agents may not offer every plan available in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program to get information on all of your options.
